MEET THE TEAM
ASHMIT GABA
Founder and Tutor
Ashmit is an overachieving sophomore attending Dougherty Valley High School that wants to teach the subjects he has a keen interest in. He teaches mathematics up till Calculus AB and science up till Honors Physics. He enjoys playing basketball for the school's varsity team and coding in his free time. He has tutored at Kumon since his freshman year, where he taught up till Pre-Calculus. Furthermore, he has teaching experience in coding from the CoderSchool San Ramon. These endeavors inspired him to open his own business to pass on important academic qualities to other students as well. He also knows how to teach young kids because he was the assistant coach of a 7th grade AAU basketball team. He is qualified because he has a 4.6 GPA, placing him among the top students in his class, and has earned A's in all classes he tutors.
TARPAN MISHRA
Co-founder and Tutor
Tarpan is a hard-working individual that has got A’s in Honors Physics and AP Calculus AB. He has a lot of experience teaching kids for the past 2 years and has led them to score high grades in their classes. He ended with a 4.6 GPA this semester and continues to excel in Varsity Speech and Debate for 2 years. In 8th grade, he qualified for the John Hopkins CTY award for scoring over 640 on the SAT Math and has extensive knowledge with foundational concepts and classes such as Algebra 1, Algebra 2 , and Precalculus. He has tutored chess and CoGat testing to middle schoolers leading them to score in the 98% percentile.
MANAS KONDAPAKA
Tutor
Manas is a sophomore at Dougherty valley high school who works hard to achieve high grades. He can teach up to Honors Chemistry in science and Algebra 2 in math. He is currently a 2nd degree black belt at his taekwondo studio. He brings years of teaching experience because he was also a teachers assistant at his taekwondo studio. In his years of being a taekwondo TA, he pushed kids to become better everyday. He led classes ranging from ages 6-13 and helped with the advanced classes. He has great communication skills with younger kids so that they feel that they’re in a safer learning environment. In his spare time, he plays for the school basketball team and competes in FBLA(business) competitions.
PARTHIV NAIR
Tutor
Parthiv is a sophomore at Dougherty Valley High School with completion up till Calc AB and Honors Physics, receiving A's in both classes. Great with kids, he has excellent communication skills and patience that will help students be able to effectively learn and comprehend what they need to. He focuses not simply on memorization of topics, but rather a deep understanding that will truly help students conceptualize material for greater retention. In his spare time, He is an ardent reader and enjoys playing soccer competitively. He has a strong passion for math and science and is looking to spread it and the joy of learning with other students through tutoring.

COURSE DESCRIPTIONS
ALL COURSES WILL BE TAUGHT THROUGH ONLINE VIDEO CALLS ON ZOOM
For each Unit, we provide 2 assessments to see how the student is performing. We also give homework assignments consisting of approximately 10 challenging questions after each session.
GROUP CLASSES
All group classes will be curriculum based
Algebra 1
The covered topics include; Solving Linear Equations and Inequalities, Graphing Linear Functions, Writing Linear Functions, Solving Systems of Linear Equations, Exponential Functions and Sequences, Solving and Factoring Polynomial Equations, Graphing Quadratic Functions, Solving Quadratic Functions, and Data and Statistics.
Intro to Physics
The covered topics include; One Dimensional Motion, Two Dimensional Motion, Forces, Work and Energy, Linear Momentum, Circular Motion, Sound, and Waves.
INDIVIDUAL CLASSES
Algebra 1, Physics, Calc AB, 6th grade math, 7th grade math, 8th grade math, Pre-Calc, Calc BC, Biology, and Algebra 2. All individual classes will be the tutor helping the student with any concepts the student isn't able to understand.
HOURS AND PRICING
$30 per hour for group classes
$35 per hour for individual classes
